Echo
You can permanently delete your Echo account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered.
This is the fastest way. Deletion is immediate upon confirmation.
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out of the app.
If you no longer have Echo installed, email us from the address associated with your account:

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Deleting your Echo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel first to avoid future charges:
iOS: Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Echo → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Echo → Cancel subscription.
